It is not possible to make return or refund once order has peen paid.

It is only possible to make a refund if the item is damaged or the item is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time.

All items must be sent back with the shipping cost paid by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Please note if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your item, then we are unable to accept your refund.

We will refund the full cost only if the item is damaged when received. In order to ask for a refund, please contact us and one of our customer service team members will get back you within 3 working days.
